How does online payment work?

50% payment ordering process, while the 50% will be upon delivery.

How to use my coupon?

Coupon can be used during checkout. Coupons cannot be used on sale items.

Please follow steps, for coupon redemptions. Click on my cart (on the right side), then click (go to cart) for order summary. Last cart item show coupon redemption (On the left side), enter the coupon code in the coupon box and click “Apply Coupon”. A corresponding deduction will be applied in your total amount.

How can I pay through Paypal?

Purchase quotation/Sales invoice number will pop up once important details fill-out correctly, and will sent for Paypal which you can pay with Major Credit cards.

Where Can I request an Official Receipt?

Receipt will be with you upon delivery.

If credit card acceptable/applicable for payment?

Yes, Major Credit cards are accepted.

Mode of Payment?

We offer various payment – Credit Card, Cash on Delivery, Online Transaction and thru PayPal Account.

Can I buy one item, if possible?

Yes, you can.

Does Sofaline Interior Furnishing offer customization with my own design?

Yes, but limited to some particular items only.

Do you accept Check as a payment?

No, we don’t accept.

Are you open for pick up transaction?

Yes, we do.

What are your Store hours?

8:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Saturday.

Flat Rate Shipping

We give FREE delivery to customers with purchase php50,000.00 and above. Flat rate are applied correspondingly per location for Cebu only, shipping charge may vary per destination and per cubic measurement charge for outside Cebu.

Does Sofaline Interior Furnishing offer International Shipment?

International Shipment is not available at Sofaline Interior Furnishing.

Delivery charge may vary per location.

What if I schedule my delivery within the day of purchase?

We cannot commit delivery within the purchase.

Can I purchase multiple items and deliver from different addresses?

Yes, you can.

Does Sofaline Interior Furnishing offer port-to-port delivery?

Yes, we do.

Return Policy

Sofaline Interior Furnishing value customer right, but in accordance to the mandated law. Sofaline interior furnishing practices the “No return, No exchange” policy, unless the product or items is proven damage or broken upon delivery and shipment. The customer has 7 days from delivery to contact us.

On the other hand, customized and ordered items cannot be returned as these items have already been customized, cannot be sold to others since they are usually not standard sizes.
